Alwi is an associate lawyer at FWP with extensive experience in various legal matters, especially litigation and commercial arbitration using BANI Rules, SIAC Rules, and ICC Rules. He has assisted clients both nationally and internationally in corporate affairs, employment matters, industrial relations, and alternative dispute resolution. Despite being a lawyer, Alwi is also an assistant to Prof. Frans H. Winarta as a lecturer at the international class program of Pelita Harapan University and the Magister Program of Krisnadwipayana University. Before joining FWP, he gained valuable experience as an intern at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia.
Education
Alwi is a law graduate from Padjadjaran University, majoring in Technology, Information, Communication, and Intellectual Property Law. During his studies at the university, he was actively involved in various campus organizations and activities. He also volunteered in several social projects and embarking on his own project in the creative industry.
