On Tuesday, June 17, 2025, our Partner, Mr. Randolph J. Winarta and Senior Partner Lawyer, Mr. Harri Budiman, along with the associates, attended the Singapore International Arbitration Center (SIAC) Jakarta Conference at Fairmont Hotel Jakarta.
As our clients are from various parts of the world, this conference has shown us the big picture of the New SIAC Rules 2025 and how to deal with procedural differences when conducting proceedings at SIAC given the different legal systems between civil law and common law.
