Within the scope of Litigation Matters, Mr. Harri Budiman has experience in handling various litigation cases both civil and criminal cases such as Corporate Dispute, Employment Dispute, Bankruptcy and Intellectual Property Dispute.
The majority of Clients are foreign Clients engaged in the field of Oil and Gas, Property, Banking and Finance, Airlines.
He has also been a member of the consultant team for the Indonesian government in an asset recovery program.
He is now assisting various Clients of Frans Winarta & Partners, and has full responsibility for leading the Litigation team of the firm.
