Jeniffer passed the Indonesian Bar Exam in 2022 and obtained her PERADI license in 2024. Since her early years in FWP, Jeniffer has advised clients in several matters such as inheritance, distributor agreements, sale and purchase contracts, and many more. Currently, she focuses her practice on civil and commercial litigation as well as arbitration. She has been involved in court litigation (district courts, high courts, and supreme courts). She has represented an Indonesian state-owned (construction) company in arbitration cases under the rules of Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia (BANI), Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), and International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
In addition, she has also been involved in criminal litigation by representing and defending a foreign citizen in a fraud and embezzlement case and Malaysian companies in connection with IP Infringement. She has accompanied Prof. Winarta as an arbitrator in BANI, SIAC, and ICC in a various trade cases.
Education
Jeniffer graduated from Pelita Harapan University, majoring in Business Law. During her university years, Jeniffer was involved in various FH UPH’s events and student organizations including the National Moot Court Community where she participated in the Cyber Crime Moot Court Competition and Business Law Competition.
