Luthfan is a Junior Associate at Frans Winarta & Partners, focusing on litigation and commercial dispute resolution. Prior to joining the firm, he gained experience as a Junior Associate at a reputable law firm and as member of the Legal, Contract & Procurement Staff at a mining company, providing him with practical insight into dispute management, contract implementation, and in-house commercial operations.
Education
Luthfan obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from Universitas Sriwijaya with a concentration in Civil Law. During his studies, he was actively involved in national moot court competitions as both a competitor and a coach, and held leadership roles in student organizations, including the Asian Law Students’ Association (ALSA) of Universitas Sriwijaya.
